New Online Booking and Membership

Dear Members

The staff have been very busy processing the influx of membership forms prior to the new system going live tomorrow.  For those who have not yet renewed - MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL IS DUE ON OR BEFORE 30TH JUNE 2022

NEW ONLINE BOOKING AND MEMBERSHIP

We are now very close to going live with our new booking in system which can be used as from tomorrow the 1st July.

You will be able to select your tee time and you will need to book in each of the people that you are playing with.  When you renew your membership we will process it and you will be sent an activation link, which please follow.  This can be used on your phone or computer.  If you do not wish to make your booking in this way, you will of course be able to come in and book.  Hopefully this will free up counter staff to talk to members and answer their queries rather than continually being on the phone taking bookings. 

Those who have not yet renewed their membership but are playing in the Club Championship will need to do so prior to Saturday morning. 

For those who have not renewed, you will of course be able to use the booking system but it will book you in at full green fee rate.  The counter staff will not be able to override this until your membership application form has been processed.

If you share the same email address as your spouse, it is important to provide an alternative email address to us. The booking system require each member to have their own email address.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Just a reminder that the deadline for entering this competition is today Thursday 30th at 8pm.  After this time the draw will be made, and emails sent to competitors with their start times.

Remember to arrive at the Clubhouse at least 30 minutes before your tee time to allow for booking in at the Competition Desk to sign in, and meet those that you are playing with and giving yourself plenty of time to arrive at the first tee and report to the starter ten minutes before your tee off time.
