*Exciting News* Online Booking System - Coming Soon

We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of installing a new software system which will make a huge difference to us all.

Tee Times

The new system will allow you to book tee times online and via an App.  The name of each player in your group will need to be put on the booking sheet.  It will be essential that each player comes into the Clubhouse to book in and collect their card.  Anyone who does not come into book in will be treated as a ‘no show’.  This will mean that it may prevent you booking tee times in the future. 

The new system should enable a faster booking in process at the counter.

Database

The new database will mean that we are having to input all membership data from scratch.  The staff will be busy on this, and it would therefore be extremely helpful if you could come to the Club on set dates and times in order to allow us to have extra staff available at these times to process your form.  It will be extremely difficult for us to process your form at the counter as well as the normal day to day processing.  Obviously until your form is processed, we would be unable to process your tee time.  Once you are in the database, your personal record will also show the total of any competition winnings available to be used.

Rough

We have had some feedback that members are struggling with the length of the rough and slow play whilst people search for balls.  If this affects you, it would be helpful us if you could please let us know of any specific areas that you find a problem.  For ecology reasons we are trying to provide a better habitat on the course, but we wish to balance this with your enjoyment of playing.

Increase in Membership Fees

We understand that some people are not happy with the increases, we can only say that our costs have increased dramatically especially the chemicals we use, fuel, fertiliser, electricity to name a few, some of which are increases of 200-300%!
