Dear Members,

We have taken the decision to keep the club open on Monday for those people who would still like to play golf. Although it is classified as a bank holiday it will not be weekend rates and 5 day members are free to play if they wish.

We would like to congratulate Paul Fowler for winning the summer singles, beating John Meatyard in the final. However John did go one better in the doubles with partner Steve Bloomfield beating Pam Bundy and Brian Brooker in the final.  Thanks to everyone for entering the knockouts it made for an exciting summer of golf.

This weekend there is a rolling scramble competition being played on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It’s played in teams of 3 and you just need to book a tee time as normal to enter.
