COMMUNICATION

We are finding that it is becoming increasingly difficult to co-ordinate the information that comes into the Club.  We have decided that we need to centralise our means of communication.  To this end, it would be extremely helpful if all suggestions/complaints/comments/Green keeping questions etc   could either be emailed to the Club at info@chilworthgolfclub.com  or alternatively please put them in writing and put them in the suggestion box under the Competition Notice Board.  All information will be read and discussed at the next committee meeting if applicable.  Please indicate if you would like a response and we will then try to respond individually or as part of a general email if there are similar questions.

GOLF COURSE

Every time you go out ON THE COURSE - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE  Rake bunkers and Repair pitch marks and divots.  We have been monitoring the situation and sadly it is members who are not making the effort.

HELP NEEDED

Finally, on the 22nd March (Tuesday) at 14.00 would anyone be interested in helping us on the golf course?  If so, please put your name on the list in the Pro Shop.

We are wanting help to collect tree debris that has accumulated over the winter and after the last storm.
